Monitor looks fine, compatible but not a good fit.
Aug 30, 2018 12:40PM PDT

The monitor is a 144Hz model and from the test results you won't be getting 144 FPS from the game so that's a poor fit, money not well spent. A normal 1080p 60Hz monitor would be a better match.

Keyboards are highly personal. Why not this 50 buck model?

I’m so happy, that you helped me and I didn’t buy a 144 hz monitor

It may have been OK.

But it didn't fit IMO. Now if you planned to upgrade the GPU to say the 1060 or better later then it would be nice but here we have a budget, you are shopping ready to use PCs etc.

Answer
No but I can comment about Fortnite and the 1050 Ti.
Aug 30, 2018 12:37PM PDT

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, 4GB
Intel® Core ™ i5-8400 processor
8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD, 128GB SSD

Now the only challenge for new PC users is that small drive C. A seasoned Windows user knows to install all they can on the HDD. But I find folk are completely unaware or just don't want to deal with that. For them we try to get them into the 250GB SSDs.

That aside you can now find reviews on the 1050 Ti and Fortnite results such as:
http://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGame/FPS-Estimates-Fortnite/3954/188434.0.0.0.0

Be aware the the high FPS numbers are either the user playing at 720p or has optimized settings.

Google like this for settings: https://www.google.com/search?q=Nvidia+1050+Ti+optimum+Fortnite+settings
