Resolved Question

Can one push a developer to improve or fix application

Good Day

I have an application subscription purchased on Android via the the Play store. This application delivers a magazine that is unusable but the magazine content itself is really compelling.

The question is, can users push / petition effectively to get an application fixed on the Android platform. All negative reviews seem to be ignored as well as emails direct to developer.

If anyone can give advice, this will be much appreciated.

Good question!

In reply to: Can one push a developer to improve or fix application

Yes, why not.

But requesting is better than pushing.

All the developers like to get feedbacks or bugs to fix to improve their product. If you really in trouble with the product bug or technical defect then you can raise a question with the proof like screenshots of issues while using the application.

If the product is developed by the people who like to make lives easy and not just making money then your raised question will be surely appreciated. As I often this kind of emails from Buffer and Asana.

All you need to do is clear your issues with screenshots and explanation, it will surely resolve.

Hope this will help you.

Hello Guys

Thank you, guess needed prompting to try one more time

We are working on ways to improve the readability. Our platform does allow publishers to enable a text reading mode, but it requires some work on their part. We are encouraging publishers to make this effort as it tremendously enhances their readers’ enjoyment of their titles. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We will continue to express to our publishers that they should use all of the features that we offer them to make their titles readable in all formats.

We will see what happens

No, you can't. All you can do is ask. If no luck, no luck.

Sent another request

In reply to: Re: improve or fix app

In that spirit, I've sent another request to enable at least landscape mode in the application.

Here is to luck!

Can one push a developer to improve or fix application

In reply to: Can one push a developer to improve or fix application

ofcourse you can suggest

but then you can't push but suggest to improve the App which is important, if you are working for any organization or individual. you can replace the build in the existing version instead of adding a new version and app to make sure that the version is excluded from being pushed to existing customers on iCloud.
if on fixing it's still not doing well then its better to replace with a new version
