Can Not Login to My Space + Other Saved Password Sites

I cannot log into my My Space account and another site where I have my user name and passwords stored. This is one day after my computer was running slowly, so I cleared History and Cache. Maybe this removed the stored passwords at sites that I am a member of. I get a message like my email address or password is wrong.
I had this problem the first time I tried to login to CNET today, but I tried again and it worked. But, I still have the My Space login problem.
I am using Windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron 620 .

I have my email and password saved at My Space. The box comes up with my email address correctly and the ......... for my password. When i click login it says that either my name or password is wrong. So i try signing in without the automatic method and that does not work either. i do not have access to any other computer.

i don't have another pc, and right now i don't have anyone else who can try to login for me.

Try logging on on another PC/laptop to see if your username/password combination you type is correct. And don't those sites have a 'I forgot my password' link to send you a new one.
