Can not listen to my music on iTunes

Downloaded iTunes(10.5.2) on my PC but can not listen to my music. It worked before on previous versions. Sound is OK. Any tips? Please help. Thanks

Regarding my above e-mail, I have uninstalled and installed iTunes several times on my PC but could not resolve the problem. Wonder if there is a bug on the program. Can someone help me? Thanks

After downloading you have to install it, like you did with the previous versions.
If - after installing - you still can't listen to your music, please tell what happens if you try.
