Have you installed the proper driver files for the wifi device used on the computer? Have you entered the encryption method and password for the wifi from the router? If unsure what that is, then access the router program and go to it's wireless section and get that information.
I just purchased a refurbished Powerspec desktop with Windows 10 installed. I can not connect to my wifi. I keep receiving the same error message, "secured, no internet".
I have other devices connected to router without any issues. I have tried all the easy fixes, reboot router, changing adapter settings, etc... all to no avail. This is very frustrating, any advice or hints would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
