Can I use a USB calble to a Regular Non-LCD Tv?

I have a USB cable with vidoe and audio adaptor (red, yellow, white) on the other end. I was wondering if I could display the screen from my Toshiba A135-s4727 laptop onto a regular non-LCD TV? I tried but I couldn't find the right diplay setting. Not to mention idk if it would work anyway. Any suggestions? Besides get a new tv or laptop...

The only cable I've seen like that is for video capture and you are asking for video output.
