Can I upgrade graphic of my computer

I have a PC AMD E-450 APU with Radeon (tm) Graphic 1.65 GHz. I want to upgrade the graphic of this computer. Is is possible. Please tell me, if yes how can I and what is the expenditure will incur.

1. The make and model of the PSU.

Short answer.... no.

You might be able to bump the ram and replace the hdd with a ssd.

Post the make and model of this machine.
