SOME notebooks have such on an internal miniPCI card.
MY ADVICE is to ask Toshiba if they will sell you such a card. The reason is simple. While miniPCI is a standard, some machines just never want to work with all miniPCI cards. Such is the mystery we don't want to dive into.
Here's a low price G card -> http://www.compgeeks.com/details.asp?invtid=XG-600 Yes, it's likely out of stock, but the price should range from that to about 99 bucks.

Hi there
My notebook (Toshiba M30) has a built-in WiFi 802.11B. Recently, I want to upgrade it to 802.11G. I do not want to use an external adapter. Does anyone know how to do that?
