by jmcpherson07 / May 9, 2011 11:00 AM PDT

My hp mini is just 4 months old is running really slow due to process taking up to much memory. When I pull up tak manager zumodrive.exe hp cloud drive is using the most. I just need to know if it is important that it needs to keep running or can it be stopped.

uninstall the HP Cloud drive stuff. You can't stop it or kill it - it just zombies along so the only choice is to delete the badly designed code -

To rid yourself of the fetid mess cd into:
C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Clouddrive (can't remember the exact dir name) and run the uninstall script, that will remove the odious POS.
