I won't suggest you do this.

You're diving into SLI issues such as power and if your motherboard has the slots, slot spacing and enough PCIe X16 slots to pull it off.

Just the PSU alone would likely push us into one of the two cards listed at http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-5.html

Those are more likely to deliver more GPU power than your pair of 760s in most games.

A lot less Watts and without all the SLI issues.

Looks possible. You need a whopper power supply and

A motherboard with a pair of PCIe x16 slots and the usual headache. There are articles about possible gain but I'd not buy either card. For that money I can get a newer lower power (Watts) card that could beat this SLI.

SLI

I already own one of the cards, so I would just be buying the one to run in SLI.

Next up for you to compare

A current gen card vs your headache, new whopper PSU setup. I can't guess which one you were going to buy so I can't guess if you are tossing cash in the furnace.

In short.

Looks like a new PSU, that 2nd card, maybe a motherboard to support them. Don't see the savings.

My laptop has SLI graphics

and it requires a SLI cable. I go to the Nvidia control panel and can disable the SLI and use the Intel integrated graphics. For some reason I have to disable SLI when I watch movie when connected via HMDI top a HD TV.

Work supplied one.

It's one of the Lenovo y510p with dual SLI GPUs. I found it actually is same or better with one card disabled.

but the GTX760 look like a monster.

With a power appetite.

Given what looks like it takes to get a second card working, my bet is a newer single will be far less work and cost in the long run.
