Question

Can I run 2 separate routers on 1 phone line with dsl

Feb 5, 2019 5:58PM PST

Ive been trying to find an answer to this question but i cant Seem to although it seems like a simple question.

In my house I have dsl internet, which is not great at the best times..

However, I have an out building that I spend a lot of time in. This building is located about 150 feet from my actual house, this building acts as an office/shop space for me.
All I have in this building is wifi which is absolutely pathetically slow.

My question is what is the best option I have to boost my speed in that building, can I run a cable from my main box outside of my house to that building and put another router in there?

Can I run 2 routers separately this way?

I'm open to any ideas at all..

Thanks

What exactly is that "main box outside of my house"? And what exactly is connected to it in your house?
