Can I recover my accessories program in Windows XP???

Another computer dummie....I have lost my accessories program in Windows XP. Looked in the Recycle Bin and there is nothing in it. Is there a way to recover this program? I do not have a Windows XP CD. This program was loaded on the computer when I purchased it. Can anyone help, PLEASE?????

in Windows XP
