Wi-Fi only smart phone - no cell phone hardware or software. Where can I purchase?

....an Apple iPod ?? You can use almost any phone strictly a Wifi connected device and not for cellular phone calls. I have an old Motorola Droid X that I only use on Wifi to use the installed applications.
Probably no market for such a device since smart phones already have this capability.
However, one exception may be those with a flip phone that desire Internet / Web feature capability.

I am on one those people - have flip phone and like it - however would like smart phone features if could purchase Wi-Fi only smart phone at low cost.
Believe there may be a market.
Will be out there in markets other than the US. I won't duplicate prior answers to your questions about any out of service smart phone. I just pulled out my OOS HTC Evo 4G and it did wifi just fine without cell service.
