Can I post a link to my online questionnaire?

Mar 28, 2010 3:48AM PDT

Hi, I am currently working on my Honours Project, entitled: ?Netiquette an ethical code or the law of the Internet?? As part of the project, I am conducting a survey aimed to research the Internet users? compliance with selected rules of Netiquette, as well as their views on the subject. Would I be allowed to post a link to my questionnaire in any of the forums (if so which one?) Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but no.

Our members do not participate in these projects.

Perhaps you can come up with a different avenue to gather data, like limiting participation to those email addresses you already have as you are no stranger to them, or limiting responses to snail mail somehow.

But we do wish you every success with your project.

Please feel free to come back and frequent the many help and other forums here. As far as etiquette, netiquette, and all manners of behavior in the world of anonymous communications, you're going to find it here...and with good moderators that know when the boundaries of politeness and good taste have been breached. Not a bad lesson, IMO.
