Can I make TechTracker distinguish Drives or OSs?

I have two hard drives on my PC, one running Windows 7 and the other running legacy apps under XP. I'm interested in updating only the progrms running under Windows 7, but TechTracker keeps advising me to update the XP apps which drives me a little nuts. Is there any way that I can tell TechTracker to only look at the Windows 7 drive/apps?
