Resolved Question

Can I Download Firefox 13, Not 7, Make It Default Browser?

Jan 7, 2013 4:15AM PST

I'm using XP Home 32-bit, Compaq Presario 2002, love it, do not want to upgrade, just download Firefox 13, which I had once before but must have accidentally deleted. Firefox 12 doesn't seem to be working. I want it mostly for Facebook and default browser. TIA.

I Know About 17, Sorry 'Bout the Typo in Original Q.

Thanks for the replies. But does Firefox 17 have Facebook?

I haven't wanted to try it because it might be hard to go back to an earlier version if for any reason I might not like it. Think I'll stick with version 13 for now because I've used it before and seem to remember I liked it. When they first went to version 14, it was posted that it didn't support Facebook, so now I always ask. And I know you don't want to try Beta versions of anything.

Thanks to you and Everyone who's replied. Will think about I.E. 9 but think I like Firefox better as a browser. Have a good day.

Answer
17 is the current Firefox version

The current version of Firefox is 17. I'm using it, and have had no problems with it. There's also Chrome which you can download from http://www.google.com/chrome . They both work just fine for me.

Good luck.
