Can I delete this?!?!?!?!

Hello,
I have done an archive and reinstall of the mac os and I am wondering if I can delete all the files and folders that appeard on my HD under "Previous Systems" once I got it all re setup. I have every thing working as before now and need to save space on my HD.

It is safe to remove and delete the Previous Systems folder.
