can i copy iPhone contacts to Outlook

I would like to copy all my phone contacts into Outlook. Can it be done. My email account is with Yahoo

Since we don't know if this is an Apple, PC, Windows and Outlook versions are about a dozen, let's start with no and figure out where the contacts are, how to export them to some common format like CSV and then find which Outlook this is and how to import them there.
