General discussion

can i connect Rabbit Ears to Panasonic Plasmas?

Aug 23, 2005 4:10PM PDT

I read about the industrial models of Panasonic Plasma TV (PWHD7UY series) and how it lacks inputs. This might be a stupid question but I just need to know. Can I connect an indoor/outdoor antenna to them for off-air reception?
Thanks!

The pro series dose not have ANY tuners in them.
READ carfully the specs on any TV you buy.
If it says HDTV MONITOR it will not have a tuner it.
Some MAY have a NTSC standard broadcast tuner, but READ the specs carfuly. John

in my experience...any tv with a/v inputs can be hooked up to a vcr or cable or satalite box and these outside tuners can be used to tune in the station. I once saw a co-worker end up with a 54 inch hitachi for free because a custome r wasnt going to pay for a new tuner.
