It's too complicated for most but I enabled ICS in Windows then installed a Wifi router on the ethernet port and then the Wii connected to said wifi router.
I never tell more than this since it's not easy to setup or maintain. If this solution is for you, you'll know what to do next.
Some are upset at this point but I can either share the setup or not. The reason for no step by step is that it varies with Windows versions, what router and more. So the person that does this has to figure it out.
