Can i connect my computer to my laptop monitor

i have broken my monitor but i have a laptop whose specs are not good i want to play games until new monitor comes....so is there any way i can connect my computer to my laptop such that specs are of my computer's cpu and gpu but monitor is of my laptop

Yes, You can connect your desktop computer to laptop with the help of Ethernet Cable.
But it depends on what you want to share like files or an internet connection. If you are using old computer then you can connect with Crossover Ethernet Cable.

But easier to find a used monitor for low price in most thrift stores. I've picked up older 17" monitors that worked fine, particularly Dell models, for $20.
