I've looked up how to change my CNET username, and I was informed that I would be contacted my an administrator if I posted here.

So what happens then if one has to wait till either one day before being informed?
Anyway i never thought of any possibilities.
thanks all the same.
I'm not sure what you are asking.
The reason the Forum Admin emails the person who asks for their Username to be changed is to confirm that the person posting and the member with that existing username are the same person.
It is a security procedure.
