Resolved Question

Can display width be changed on Samsung LN-T5265F?

Jan 6, 2015 4:58AM PST

Just got off cable, now using OTA digital HD. Problem is that the picture is now "too wide" for screen--i.e. we lose the edges. Wasn't a problem with the cable box.

Anyone know if there's a way to adjust this, as there is on most computer monitors? Thanks!

Have to go with limited options.

OTA HD should fit. I'd try resetting the TV to factory and try again. If not, call it in and ask about firmware updates.

It's not like a PC but folk want those fine controls we have on PCs.
