I know that over the fireplace is not the best place to wall mount a TV, but my current situation in my new home is pretty much making this the only option due to size of living room and the amount of furniture we have. I am looking for a mount that will allow me to lower the mount to a comfortable viewing angle while viewing, but then raise it back above the mantle while not in use as my mantle is pretty high. Can anyone make any recommendations?
