Can anyone please help me to choosee from these cameras???

Hi, I want to get a digital camera and I would really appreciate some help choosing 1.. I am living in Greece and I can spend about 380 euro, I went out to the shops with my friend looking and I think that these cameras were the best with that money,
1) Kodak LS753 (299 Euro)
2)Canon Digital Ixus i (199 Euro)
3)Canon Digital Ixus 40 (379 euro)
4) Olympus Mju Mini Digital (349 euro)

What camera would you get and why?
Can u please sort them in descending order from best to worse?
Which one you will definitely avoid?
Any other cameras that anyone would like to recommend?

I think a t the moment that the Olympus one is the best choice. Please help me out

Olympus Mju Mini - aka - Stylus Verve
Canon Ixus 40 - aka - SD300
Canon Ixus i - aka - SD20 (5 megapixel version)
Kodak LS753

All produce good photographs.

The Olympus produced the best picture.
It is an "all weather" camera (moisture & dust resistant).
Shutter lag time is very short.

I could not find an American equivalent model to the Ixus i, so I used what appeared to be the same, but it has 5 megapixels and is called Ixus i5.

The two Canon cameras were very close in photo quality. The Ixus i has no optical zoom.

The Kodak produced good photos but had the longest shutter lag of the group. But about average for newer digital cameras.
