can anyone help me identify this defect in my tv

I have a 55 inch led smart tv LG that I purchased around 18 months ago and have recently noticed a small dark smudge like Mark under the screen that can't rub off when you get close to the screen it looks like 4 or 5 of the square like things inside the screen are letting less light through then the others around it any ideas what this is and if.it can be fixed?
