Can anyone help me get on-line with Windows Vista??

Oct 10, 2007 12:59AM PDT

I have been using the Radio Labs long range USB antenna on my XP notebook but when I bought an HP desktop with Vista the bottom dropped out. I keep downloading the Vista drivers and installing them but when all is said and done all I get is an error message (code 10).

Does anyone know how to connect my Vista desktop to a WiFi spot??

Their support sucks.............

For the past 4 days their so-called support staff has been working diligently on this issue but can't seem to fix it. Their Vista driver download doesn't even contain the setup driver, only a text descibing nothing.

Find an adapter that has Vista support... or simply make an antenna of your own. As standard USB adapter with a behind it makes an acceptable antenna. Just a suggestion.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Grif for the suggestion. I went over to NewEgg.com where I found a nice Buffalo directional antenna that supports Vista. I guess my beef is with RadioLabs.com who makes the products but doesn't stand behind them.
