I live in Italy and bought the one and only 56K modem for sale in my city. I have searched for the darned thing for drivers several times and get no results. I have downloaded an updated driver from the manufacturer's website: mediacomeurope.it and it still crashes my system regularly. On a busy day I can crash 5-7 times.
What has happend to the one world philosophy that once reigned among the computer world?
BTW, the version of XP is Italian as well as the modem.
