Can a T-mobile sim card fit an ATT phone?

and vice versa.
I bought a NK 2720 prepaid, T-mobile phone and loved it. Had the camera, client email, all types of features. I broke it. Bought a Samsung T-mobile T139 and hate this phone.

Can I buy another phone from another company (i.e. ATT) and swap sims?

Yes

As long as the phone is unlocked, you can swap At&t or T-mobile SIM cards. There is no difference in the size, shape or design (except in the case of the Micro-SIM used by the iPhone 4).
