Since you used 360 to do this, in 99.99% of the cases you need 360 to access that drive and backup!

Will it damage the os?

AH ok. So I need to install 360 to the new computer. Then slot in my drive (from the old pc) and probably use the restore feature?

That's up to you.

If you restore any OS or Program files then you could damage the OS in the new computer.

That's why the makers supply restore features so you can recover the machine and try again.
