Resolved Question

Camera Problem

Jul 24, 2014 4:02AM PDT

On my Camera, under the Camera setting, the highest resolution is 1920x1080(16:9), however I know that it can go much higher. Also the pictures are only being took in the resolution 820x461, every setting below the resolution is grayed out, is there any way to resolve this?

I have already tried pressing the reset buttons located at the bottom of cog setting in camera, and the Camera settings.

Samsung has many models so can you add the full model number?
Also, if samsung.com has a web site on it, bonus if you add that link.
