Camera best for Live Video

I have a client that will be streaming live video over the internet and they would like to know what camera is best.

I guess money isn't really an object

We need more info about what kind of "stuff" your client will be shooting. Every camcorder has its pros and cons for certain types of shooting situations...

... and it *could* be that a camcorder is not what you need - but some sort of dedicated broadcast only camera... or several of them connected through a video mixer... Plus external audio...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
