I recently bought an LN46B630 that had the Infrared Interference issue. Fortunately, the tech support agent I called was real helpful and aware of the problem, so he set up repair. Shortly after, the TV began having other problems, so I returned it. I then bought an LN46B750 hoping it wouldn't have this issue but confident repair would be easy.
Unfortunately, it now appears the 750 may also have the IR problem, so I chatted with and phoned Samsung and two agents told me that neither of these TVs have have known issues. (I sensed the phone agent just wanted to hang up, but that's another subject)
After some troubleshooting, I'm going to set up a ticket if problems continue. But for now, does anyone know how I can find out for sure if this TV has known IR issues? Thanks for any responses.
