Call me an upgrade Fanatic ..

Here it is, I am a 25 year old Technology ******.
Yes, I said it, ******,,,,,

Windows
Hotshot (EgoBoost&ReadyBoost_Capable)
Optimistic (about)
Reality (and)
Electronics
(BUT I LOVE MY MAC TOO!!!)

I was 4 years old when I got my first computer, a TI-994A
Boy I tell you what, that 16-bit TMS9900 CPU running at 3.3 MHz was All-The-Rage when I was about six years old and programming basic and didn't even know it. To look back, I amaze myself with what I was able to know, without knowing what I actuall knew (if that makes sense, I was programming from BASIC books and using MS-DOS 3.2 like it was nothing.

Moving foward, way foward actually to 2007, the age of Quad Core Processors, and soon, quantum computing on the horizon, who really expected their "Old" Perhiprials to work with Vista? Are You Even Ready to Accept the fact that Microsoft has already been wokring on a New OS code named'Vienna"

Are consumers going to complain when they dont' have applicable software / hardware drivers for that too?
Of course they will! (Invest in Apple Stock !!!)

Seriously, IF You Are Upset With Software/Hardware issues related to Upgrading to Vista (or even getting it OEM installed on the Computer you just bought) that means you have a innovation barrier. You probably didn't take even the slightest moment to realize exactly what Microsoft's Chairman meant when he said, this digital decade will be " Advancing a new generation of innovation" Throw your Old Crap Out The Winow is basically what he meant, but , Mr.Gates would never curse.

Consumers need to realize, The Vista Code was finished November 8, 2006. Look around your room, how many new devices have you purchased Since 11/8/06
Kinda Sad that some things are obosolete so quickly right?

Get Used To It.

Every five or so years, I have to hear people thunderously complain about "microsoft microsoft microsoft" Well, let me tell you, I'll take my GUI Vista over a Security Flawed XP anyday. Granted, Vista definately has bugs (i know because I submitted plenty during the beta test) AND , Lo-and-behold, I found an extremely BIG loophole just last night in Windows Vista that allows you to trick the OS into going backwards to day 1 before you entered your password, that means yes, I found a way to get into your Vista Software. Less than seven days ago, I found a BitLocker Drive Encryption flaw, boy oh boy! Security is only as good as the programming behind it.

Maybe im a genious, (n0!) or maybe im just good with computers, (yes!)

I do consider software a vital part of my own synoptical processes, however , when it comes to ranting about Software and Hardware issues, I'll take the back seat and watch the neophites take aim at something they obivously don't Mentally Grasp. MSFT is not responsible for anything but their own OS. Its hard enough for Microsoft to keep up with guys like me who proudly exploit issues within the Operating System.

The Moral: If you think Microsoft has an obligation to consumers just beacsue someone upgraded , think again. Its your obligation to educate yourself. If you cannot, then please, go back to Windows 3.1 because your brain might understand it better.
