Call Forwarding SW

Looking for Windows sofwtare to forward incoming phone calls to another number after a specified number of rings (i.e. "no answer transfer"). I have Comcast phone service and they don't offer this feature.

Any help much appreciated.

Wouldn't that require hardware too?

Thinking this over, seems like 2 phone lines and some hardware would be needed.

It's called . . .

CFB/DA. Call Forward Busy/Don't answer. And it's controlled by "the phone company", not Comcast.

One of the losses you encounter when you leave "the phone company".
