I just bought this tv and I am looking ofr optimal picture settings. I noticed you put Sharpness at 12. Doesn't that make the picture to soft looking and take away from HD? Just curious as I am not near my tv right now. Thank you for any help.

I also noticed you have it on movie mode. Should it be on this mode when watching any programs including HD tv shows? Thank you

The reason we utilized the aforementioned is because it's one of the only modes open and not locked-out to set parameters for calibration. The other is Standard mode and it has "economy mode" as a default and you can't override it.
