cache help

Nov 20, 2013 9:44AM PST

I have a web site I log into to complete reports for work. These reports use a template that I enter info into to create a report, however the template will not load. I keep getting this error message, ''not enough storage for cached data, try clearing your cache'' . I'm aware of internet cache and have cleared it many times. There has to be something else going on. I've never had a problem loading these templates until the last few days.

Did you try other browsers?

In rare cases you see this on XP as the web site obsoletes IE. The current IE is lower than what you can get on Windows 7 and 8. But it is work related so their IT staff should pitch in or they are not doing their job.

No I didn't think to use another browser. Been using Chrome for a long while now with no trouble. I'll try it and see if it helps. Thanks
