Cable for download and DSL for upload

Hello, to all.
I am using cable isp connection and have to connect through 192.168.0.6 with microsoft firewall client and and proxy and socks proxy to get fast downloads but very very slow upload. i also have dsl and connect through 135.204.109.6. to switch between both on xp OS i change my IP. i get limited down load of 1gb from my dsl. therefore i wanna use my dsl for upload and cable for dowload. could u help me do this.i have swith to connect both mediums but no confguration trick idea.

But for the combined price of a cable connection and a limited ADSL connection can't you get a faster cable or an unlimited ADSL? Search around for what you need.
