C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Application Data\

I am trying to find the above file on my computer. I know it is there, because I have seen it on other computers running win XP pro but I cannot find it on my computer. I am set up to show all hidden files so it can not be that. Where is it and how do I get it to show up.
