C drive size is shrunk day by day

Hi

I have recently installed windows vista after formatting the c drive.
After installation i could se 109 GB space in C drive, i then installed oracle and Oracle ware3house builder and itune and the disc space was reduce to 94 GB. My Disk space on c drive is getting shrink day by day. Any idea will be highly appreciated
