Is there anyway to download from sites like hotfile and filefactory without having to wait?

are offering speed as a paid premium service bypassing it is legally theft by deception and surely you don't want to be a thief.
It is much on the same order as asking for cracks for software such as those that bypass activation schemes that protect the publisher from pirated software.
You can LEGALLY bypass such non-priority downloading by locating the publisher's site and getting the software there directly.
