buzzme program

May 7, 2005 12:50PM PDT

hi,

I would like to know if its recommended to enter my phone number on the buzz me registration form.

I like the program, though, i never have use it, but after i read the description, i liked, because thats what i need for the incomming call and the internet, since i have dial up thats a headache.

But im afraid that if after i try the trial version which tills 30 days, they might be calling be and busting me to buy the program?

Anyway, if anybody knows a another program which its recommended, good and free-headache, simple and free. Im free to any suggestions.

Hi
I used Buzz Me the free application for a period of time the only cost was the call forwarding from your local phone company.

They need your phone number to forward all calls to you. There was an occasional newsletter about the paid service but never a phone call.

The only identified phone call you recieve are the ones you install into the configuration the other calls are all anomyous.

I also use dial-up but have changed to a v.92 modem for a cost of about $39 dollar. They have a program called netwaiting included which if you have v.92 from your ISP will put your modem on hold and ring your phone and keep your modem connected for X amount of time.

If your ISP only has v.90 it will disconnect your modem and ring your phone. All this requires call waiting not call forwarding which s different.

I haven't had any problems with my internal modem or the external one I just purchased.

Do the math and you will see the payout is very short when compared to what your monthly cost for Buzz-Me

Hope this helps
Ray
