Buying new computer need help

I'm currently looking at the following 2 computers (AMD and Intel). I'm looking for a gaming computer that can run League of Legends on high settings and stream, as well as play some other games (such as Titanfall, BF4, etc.). I do not intend to purchase a monitor (I currently use HDMI to my TV). I don't know much about overclocking (should I get it or not), which hard drive should be my primary hard drive, and how well this system will actually work. Any help at all would be appreciated.
