buying my first digital camera

by shahid1538 / May 9, 2008 8:52 PM PDT

I need to buy my first digital camera. I know nothing about cameras and photographty. I need this camera for travelling with my little daughters. So, i feel most suitable will be a camera which gives good results in auto mode(i.e. just aim and shoot). Maybe some zoom and few other features may help( if i am able to learn). I would prefer to spend 200-300$.

Fujifinepix!

I'm a professional photographer and have been doing my family photos all my life. Some of the Fujifinepix camera, SLR and compact have a Dual Shot Mode. This feature takes two consecutive shots, one with Natural light, one with the Flash. That way you dont have to make every stay still and keep posing while you turn the flash on and take another shot. This is an amazing feature. I'm wondering if any other cameras have this.

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
