That one has not been *permanently* (and safely) unlocked yet to consistently work on a network of one's choice. There's a hardware("chipped" SIM)/software solution floating around now that may work depending on which network you are trying to hop on. But that functionality can go away at any time with such a complex device that has regular firmware/software upgrades.

Personally, I'd stick with a more reliable unlocked phone like a N-series Nokia.
