Buying advice Dell U2311H monitor

I want to buy a new monitor to do multimedia task like Graphics,
video editing, watching movies and internet.
I decided to buy Dell U2311H monitor. (First I'd choose samsung px2370)

My PC : Intel core i3 2.93Ghz
Intel HQ55HC M/B (on Board VGA-Intel HD Video)
1*VGA, 1*DVI, 1*HDMI

Please tell me about Dell U2311H image quality and power saving. Also please tell me, is that my decision correct?

Some 23 inch Samsung which you may tell me is not the same. You're right but it is enough for me to comment that this size is very nice to work on. My recurring advice is to not buy monitors sight unseen as well as considering calibrators such as the Pantone Huey if you need display and print colors to match.
