Buying a printer - where can i get the cheapest printer?

May 24, 2005 8:25PM PDT

Im looking to buy a cheap printer for my business, so far ive had little luck apart from one site which is http://www.belkoo.com. They are offering printers off at 70% but they are based in the UK and I am based in the US. Is it worth buying direct and how much will tax be on it?

Cheapest may not be cheap

I bought an Epson CX4600 for $100 just before Xmas.

In printing less than 100 sheets of paper, I used over $60 of ink.

If you print 400 sheets a day, the ink cost per sheet appears may not be that high, according to the 'tests'

But if you only print 3 sheets a day, you will pay.

It ain't the initial cost, its the upkeep. I suggest you check around.
