Vista
Jun 28, 2007 9:36AM PDT

A lot of the venders are starting to release drivers and software for Vista, but there are also a lot of them in no hurry to get them released.
I got Vista the first day it was on sale and have all of my stuff Vista compatable except one program. (Canon 30D camera) and have no idea how long it's going to take.
If you can, I would give it another couple months until more venders get their programs Vista compatable.
Hope that helps.

Suggestion
Jun 29, 2007 1:37PM PDT

My thing is that since i do not know what you have to attach to this machine. I suggest and get Windows Xp it has all the drivers and it runs better with slower machines. If you do not have anything that can't run on vista and have disk for things like drivers Vista is a good option also.
Hope this helps,
Dave
