The apps will be fine, those games? Unlikely to be playable.
Here's one that is same maker, a little cheaper and folk tell me the games do play.
Hi, I'm trying to buy a new Laptop. My budget is around $800 - $1000. I want to buy something decent, but I can't afford top-of-the-line. I need it to run games, but on a low setting is fine. Games like Fallout, Dragon Age, Sims 3, or Elder Scrolls. Also Photoshop CS4.
See the laptop is technically for school, but I've never had a machine that could play recent games so I'd really like to get something capable of that without making my dad angry. He's picked Staples because he knows a guy.
Tell me what I need, this is all I know:
-Weight is not a problem, I'm pretty strong.
-Screen-size 13 inches or so.
-Don't care if there's a CD drive, Webcam, Bluetooth, or built-in Speakers.
I really don't know anything about computers, do you think this one could run games okay?
Or if you have a suggestion please let me know!
Also these are my current stats, I'm sure they're not that great:
-Intel CPU T2500 @ 2.00GHz, rated at 2.80 performance
-1.0 GB RAM
-Unsupported ATI Radeon Mobility X1400
-SoundMax Integrated Digital HD Audio
