Buying a MacBook Pro...can't decide what set up I should get

Here are the two choices:

13" screen
2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x2GB
500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 5400 rpm

15" screen
2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x2GB
500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200 rpm

so basically is the $600 difference worth it??
